The Solozip Solar is a large, wind-resistant ZIP-type vertical fabric awning that integrates discreetly into the façade and is powered by a solar motor. An innovative feature of this awning is the simplified access to the battery via an inspection hatch.

The Solozip Solar is a solar protection solution for sustainable optimization of buildings, thanks to:- Easy installation, with no need for electrical connections or interior work.- A self-sufficient solution, with at least 30 days without exposure to the sun.- Sustainability, with clean, free energy.- Energy savings, with protection from summer heat. It can be used for both renovations and new buildings. We offer300 fabrics and 150 colors as standard. This awning is characterized by its sleek design (with the added bonus of a charging bar and battery concealed in the box). It withstands winds of up to 92 km/h, corresponding to class 6 of standard EN 13561. Wind tunnel tests have been carried out up to 140 km/h, in an open bay in a closed section. What's more, it's suitable for large surfaces (up to 12 m²). The Solozip Solar is a totally autonomous product, requiring no electrical connection. The battery is integrated and recharged by the solar panel attached to the product. What's more, the product comes with an environmentally-friendly sand-weighted charging bar. Griesser is also committed to the environment, and recycles the aluminum and canvas used in its products. The Solozip Solar was entirely developed in France and is produced in our own factory in Nice (06), with its own FDES (Fiche de Déclaration Environnementale et Sanitaire). Griesser offers a 6-year warranty.
